Who we are

Promora (“we”, “us”) is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For anything about your personal information, email contactpromora@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, your phone number and/or email address, and what you need help with.
• When you book a call: the details you enter on our Cal.com booking page, such as your name, email address and answers to its questions, and the time you choose.
• When you message or email us: your messages and the contact details that come with them.
• When you visit the site: like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure.
• Visit statistics: we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count page visits, where visitors come from and clicks on buttons such as “Book a free call”. It doesn’t use cookies, and it doesn’t record your name, phone number, email or what you type into our form.

We don’t ask for sensitive information such as bank details, health information or government ID numbers. Please don’t send it to us.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use cookies on promora.in.
• We don’t use advertising trackers, and our analytics doesn’t use cookies or follow you across other websites.
• We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, prepare quotes, and work with you if you become a client.

Who else handles it

We use a few trusted services to run the site and talk to you:

• FormSubmit delivers contact form enquiries to our email inbox. formsubmit.co (opens in a new tab)
• Cal.com runs our booking page and sends booking confirmations and reminders. Cal.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
• Google provides Gmail, where enquiries arrive, and Google Calendar and Google Meet, which we use to schedule and hold calls. Google privacy policy (opens in a new tab)

• Our hosting provider stores and serves this website.

Some of these services may store information outside India.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking details that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project records while we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting.

How we protect it

Your information stays in accounts that only our team can access, and we share it only with the services listed above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything that’s wrong or incomplete
• delete your information
• stop contacting you

Email contactpromora@gmail.com with your request and the contact details you used, and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can raise a complaint with the data protection authority in India.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Other websites

Our booking page and our Instagram profile are run by other companies. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
